This Privacy Policy describes how viizable, LLC ("we," "us," "our") collects, uses, and shares information when you use viizable.com (the "Service").
1. Information you provide
- Account data. Name, work email, password (stored as a one-way hash), agency name, and chosen plan tier.
- Profile data. Agency branding, mailing address, primary contact details, and any client / domain / task information you enter.
- Communications. Messages you send to support and survey or feedback responses.
2. Information we collect automatically
- Browser type, IP address, and user-agent at signup and sign-in (for security).
- Session and authentication cookies needed for the Service to work.
- Aggregate usage data (e.g. which pages were viewed) to improve the product. We do not sell this data.
3. How we use it
- To deliver the Service: run scans, render reports, store your data.
- To keep your account secure: detect suspicious activity, reset passwords, send invite links.
- To communicate: trial reminders, billing notices, product updates you've subscribed to.
- To improve the product: aggregated, de-identified usage and scan-result trends.
4. Third-party services
The Service uses third parties to deliver core functionality. The data we share is the minimum necessary to perform the task:
- AI engines (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, xAI) — when you run a mention or audit scan, the query and target domain are sent to these providers.
- Email delivery (Gmail SMTP via service@viizable.com) — when we send invites, password resets, or report emails.
- Hosting / infrastructure — the Service runs on a dedicated VPS; standard server logs are kept for security and debugging.
- Local-business data provider — third-party API used for verified-local competitor and review data.
We do not sell your personal data to advertisers or data brokers.
5. Data retention
We retain your account and scan data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete your data within 30 days except where law requires us to retain it longer (e.g. billing records).
6. Your rights
You can:
- Access, correct, or update your account data from your settings.
- Request deletion of your account by emailing service@viizable.com.
- Export the data you've entered (clients, domains, tasks) on request.
- Unsubscribe from product emails by clicking unsubscribe in any email; transactional emails (billing, security) can't be unsubscribed from while your account is active.
7. Cookies
We use first-party cookies strictly for session and authentication. We do not use third-party advertising or tracking cookies.
8. Children
viizable is a business product not intended for anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
9. International users
The Service is operated from the United States. By using it, you consent to your data being processed in the United States and to the transfer of your data across borders where required by the services described above.
10. Changes
We may update this Policy. Material changes will be announced by email or in-app notice. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
