Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of viizable.com (the "Service"), operated by viizable, LLC ("we," "us," "our"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

viizable is a diagnostic and reporting toolkit for SEO and marketing agencies. It scans client websites, benchmarks them against the viizable AI Ranking Factor Index, surfaces alignment gaps, and supports task tracking and reporting. The Service is delivered as a web application accessed through your browser.

2. Trial periods

24-Hour Free Test Drive (launch period). During our founder window we offer a 24-hour, no-credit-card test drive on the full Service. The account converts to a free read-only state at the end of the 24 hours unless you choose a paid plan.

14-day plan trial. When you select a Single, Agency, or Founder Agency plan you receive a 14-day free trial of that tier. No charges occur during the trial. You may cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. At the end of the trial you'll be invoiced for the chosen plan unless you've cancelled.

3. Account responsibilities

You must provide accurate signup information and keep it current.
You are responsible for safeguarding your password and for any activity under your account.
You will not share login credentials with anyone outside your organization.
You will notify us promptly of any unauthorized use of your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scan, audit, or report on websites you do not own or have authorization to analyze; (b) use the Service to violate any applicable law or third-party right; (c) attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise extract source code or non-public components of the Service; (d) resell, sublicense, or white-label the Service outside the scope of your paid plan; (e) interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.

5. Data ownership

You retain all rights to the data you input into the Service, including client information, domain lists, task content, and reports you generate. We retain all rights to the viizable software, the AI Ranking Factor Index, and aggregated, de-identified scan data we use to improve the Service.

6. Third-party services

The Service uses third-party AI engines (including OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, Perplexity, and xAI) and infrastructure providers to deliver scans and reports. Your scan inputs may be transmitted to these providers in the normal course of operation. See the Privacy Policy for details.

7. Fees and billing

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance unless otherwise specified. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. We may change pricing at any time with 30 days' notice; price changes will not apply to your current billing period.

8. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from your settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, abuse the Service, or fail to pay outstanding charges. Upon termination, your access ends and your data may be deleted after 30 days.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT ANY SPECIFIC RANKING, MENTION, OR AI VISIBILITY OUTCOME WILL RESULT FROM USING IT.

10. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

11. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
